About us

Natural Welfare Society that provides sustainability social equality and the environment are now Business Problems And Corporate Leaders can’t depend on Government to solve them. Chairmen Shankar Singh’s Principles find an echo in the ideologies behind natural welfare society by a group of corporate professionals who , decided to finance , handhold and ideologies behind natural welfare society by a group of Corporate Professionals who , decided to finance, handhold and support genuine grassroots initiatives targeted at providing education and health to underpriviledged children in the process becoming the first ever grantmaker and changing the face of thousands of lives .

As a catalyst to bring changes in the lives of millions of children, youth and women, who are not privileged, by addressing the real need at the grassroots level and also enabling the civil society across the world to engage proactively in the change process following the philosophy of Civic Driven Change and adopting the highest standard of governance and thereby emerging as a leading knowledge and technology-driven, innovative and scalable international development organisation from India.

Natural Welfare Society is to empower underprivileged children and youth through relevant education, innovative healthcare and market-focused livelihood programmes. Smile to deploy best possible methodology and technology for achieving ideal SROI (social return on investment), to practice and promote good governance. To link business competitiveness of the corporate with social development initiatives, also to sensitize privileged children, youth and citizens in general to promote Civic Driven Change.

 

Our Founder

Mr .  Shankar Singh, joined the Indian Army in 1984 and stayed in the emergency area of Nagaland from 1985-1986. Then I stayed in Arunachal Pradesh near the China border. After this, I took part in the operation in foreign country Somalia (NSW). Then I went to Bhutan. While protecting my country, I also served abroad for which I was awarded the Tad Mendel. I participated in the Kargil war in 1999. I retired from the Army on 10.08.2003. I served my country in the Army and even now I have formed an organization for serving the country and society, whose name is “Natural Welfare Society”.
 

Mission

Our mission is to serve the needy, raise the standard of living of the underserved, from providing basic needs such as food to bed hunger, and empower rural India primarily focusing on Natural Resource Management, Fulfilment of necessities & Capacity building through a participatory approach. We are committed to bringing change in India.

Vision

To combat the challenges of climate change through the People’s Movement for enriching the Ecosystem to create a clean, green, water-prosperous, and to create an enlightened society by providing better love for the underprivileged and giving hope and compassion to the underserved to become socio-economically empowered India.
